I AM NEITHER A DOCTOR NOR ANY KIND OF HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONAL.  ANY NARRATIVE OR LINK CONTENTS FOUND ON THIS BLOG ARE FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY.  IF YOU NEED MEDICAL ADVICE, PLEASE CONSULT A PHYSICIAN.   This blog deals with the many various things people can do to benefit their hearts.  If done correctly, these exercises are intended to prolong the lives of any participants.  Not only do these exercises work out your heart, they are good for the mind as well.  The exercise has a peripheral effect of releasing endorphins into the brains of people, which stimulate their minds.

Many of my blogs are related.  For example, this blog, which deals with exercises to benefit your heart, is closely related to the blog on myocardial infarctions.  Hopefully, if people do the exercises I list in this blog, it will prevent a myocardial infarction (heart attack, just in case).  Additionally, if and when people do the exercises contained in this blog, they may lower their cholesterol (see “Cholesterol: Watch Its Level”).  That does not even take into account how the exercises perform the whole meaning of the word.  They help people in their struggle with laziness (see Laziness: Bye Bye, Couch!!!) and, of course, people’s struggle to lose weight (see “Obesity: Reality is Harsh These Days”).
